OPI Talent Pool

Do you know an educator that demonstrates exceptional instructional ability, is inspiring and exhibits professional leadership?

Each year, the Office of Public Instruction asks you to recommend outstanding educators and administrators to the Superintendent's Talent Pool.  Please take a moment to submit names of these remarkable people from your area to be included. 

• The Superintendent's Talent Pool consists of K-12 Montana educators and administrators who are recommended to the Office of Public Instruction as outstanding professional educators.
• Members of the Superintendent's Talent Pool may be considered for placement on advisory boards and task forces, as well as special recognition programs.
• Recommendations must be confidential and nominees must not know they are being considered.

To recommend an outstanding educator or administrator in your area, please complete the Recommendation Form below.  You may fill it out electronically or fax it to 444-2893.  Some awards or board appointments require additional information.  If the person you submit qualifies, the Office of Public Instruction may call you to fill out the extended form.
