What is the framework?
The framework provides a structure
to assist in developing relevant business education
programs in Montana today. It is the result of
local teachers wrestling with issues such as curriculum
development. It provides help in answering questions
such as:
- What is the direction in teaching
technology applications in business, including
information technology?
- What about marketing, when?
- How do we organize content
to make courses sequential and leading to employment?
The framework includes a set
of core competencies for all students. The more
specialized content is organized into three strands
of BUS/MARK ED.
