IRIS is OPI's Internet Reporting and Information System.  The Annual Data Collection (ADC) takes place every Fall, and collects and reports a variety of non-fiscal data used in School Accreditation and State and Federal Reporting. The Annual Data Collection is best done electronically - see the Overview. You can print the forms below, and use them as worksheets for collecting your data. For assistance with completing ADC forms, phone 406 444-4050.
