AIM Spring Attendance Collection ends Feb. 11

The AIM Spring Attendance Collection will be used to collect the aggregate hours and absent counts of all enrolled students as of February 1, 2011. This collection ends February 11, 2011. Instructions for entering this information can be found at: AIM Spring Attendance Collection.
We encourage AIM Specialists to enter the anticipated spring aggregate hours for students EARLY (in January) or as soon after Feb. 1st as possible in order for MAEFAIRS users to finish their work by the due date of Feb. 11, 2011.
The enrollment count and aggregate hours are used in calculating the Average Number Belonging (ANB) by the MAEFAIRS system. We ask that school districts to have all enrollment and attendance information entered and verified in AIM as soon after Feb. 1st as possible in order for MAEFAIRS users to finish their work by the due date of Feb. 11, 2011. AIM specialists and MAEFAIRS registered users should work closely to ensure the data is accurate and verifiable.
This collection in AIM and MAEFAIRS absolutely ends February 11, 2010. School Finance staff must have enrollment numbers to determine ANB counts which are included in the preliminary budget data sheets due to districts by March 1, 2011.
