AIM Test Window Attendance Collection - March 9th to 26th

The Test Window Attendance Collection begins March 9. This collection is used to collect the aggregate hours and absent counts of all students enrolled at the school as of March 9, 2010. These data will be used as part of the calculation of the attendance rate for AYP.
Click on this link for Test Window Attendance Collection Instructions - page 4 gives instructions on how to default all students to full time (720+ aggregate hours). This option should save time as only those students who are not full time or are absent need to be modified individually.
The Test Window Attendance Collection ends March 26, 2010. It is critical that correct data be entered by this date to ensure calculations are valid.
