Montana Teacher of the Year 2013 - nominations requested

The Montana Professional Teaching Foundation and the Office of Public Instruction are now accepting nominations for the 2013 Montana Teacher of the Year.

The Teacher of the Year must be a full-time classroom teacher or specialist who holds a Class 1, 2, 4 or 6 certificate and who works in any state accredited school, pre-kindergarten through grade twelve and is planning to continue in an active teaching status. Applicants must have at least five years of full time teaching experience.

Nominations for Teacher of the Year must come from a teacher, school administrator, school district trustee, local teacher association, student or parent.
