AIM Fall Program Participation Collection due October 18, 2013

District AIM specialists are asked to report program participation data for each student enrolled in the 2013-14 school year. This includes free and reduced price meal status, LEP, immigrant, foreign exchange, homeless, Title I, gifted and talented, neglected and delinquent, 504, and 21st Century participants. Districts should also verify the accuracy of student race and ethnicity. This data determines eligibility for the Student Achievement Gap payment through the MAEFAIRS system. Special Education related data including status, disability, setting of service, exit date and exit reason should also be verified for accuracy. The data reported in AIM will be imported into the Child Count reporting system.
