AIM Fall Attendance Collection – Oct 4 thru Oct 22

The AIM Fall Attendance Collection will be used to collect the aggregate hours and absent counts of all enrolled students as of October 4, 2010. This collection ends October 22, 2010.  This data will be part of the calculation of an attendance rate which is used as an other academic indicator in the determination of an elementary school's Adequate Yearly Progress. The enrollment count and aggregate hours are also used in reporting the number of students eligible to be counted for the Average Number Belonging (ANB) for MAEFAIRS reporting.
