AIM Spring CTE Collection Ends April 30Thursday, April 1, 2010, 3:20 pm
The spring CTE data collection began March 1 and ends on April 30, 2010. High Schools need to identify all students in grade 12 who were enrolled at any point during the 2009-2010 school year and have met the definition of a CTE Concentrator. CTE Concentrators are high school seniors who have earned three (3) or more courses or credits in any CTE area of concentration or a 'blend' of more than one area if a majority cannot be determined. Courses that students are currently enrolled in may count toward credits earned.
Schools who receive funding from the Carl D. Perkins federal grant program are required to complete this spring data collection. Students meeting the definition of a CTE Concentrator must have the Concentrator box checked and an Area of Concentration entered into the AIM system.
Instructions for completing the CTE data collection can be found at this link: http://opi.mt.gov/pub/AIM/AIM%20Collections/Career%20%26%20Technical%20Education/CTE%20Spring%20Data%20Collection.pdf://
