Traffic Education program applications (TE01) are due for 2014 school yearTuesday, October 29, 2013, 2:54 pm
Remember to submit your TE01 District Application before your traffic education course begins; it MUST be approved BEFORE the start of the traffic ed course. The online Traffic Education Data & Reporting System (TEDRS) is available to district staff and teachers managing traffic education reporting. Login with your OPI Common Login and if you are not yet signed up for TEDRS, e-mail your name, school district, phone number and email address to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Other required forms that can be submitted via TEDRS are the TE04 Student List/TE03 Certification and the TE06 Year-End Report (due before July 10). If you choose not to use TEDRS to enter your TE forms, please download and use the latest versions and submit as directed on the form.
If your district participates in the Cooperative Driver Testing Program (CDTP), please make sure all required forms are submitted to the Motor Vehicle Division (DOJ) for certification by that agency. If you are unsure about status, visit the Traffic Education page and click on school program schedule.
