Students With Special Needs Report High Rates of Being BulliedTuesday, August 28, 2012, 11:16 am
In this special report using 2011 Montana Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) data, Montana high school students who received special education assistance report greater prevalence rates for being bullied, threatened, property stolen or damaged and feeling unsafe at school. These findings are part of the Students with Special Needs report in which 24 health risk behaviors are cross-tabbed among this student population.
