Scholarships for July Montana DRIVE Teen One-Day Workshops

State Farm $200 scholarship applications are available at http://www.MontanaDRIVE@mt.gov for teen drivers to attend the July Montana DRIVE Teen One-Day Workshops in Lewistown.  A few spaces are still available in the Teen Workshops on Tuesday, July 20 or Wednesday, July 21, 2010.

Teens need to complete the scholarship application and write a paragraph explaining why they want to participate.  Teen workshops cost $250 and teens will be required to pay $50 to confirm their Montana DRIVE workshop reservation.  Scholarship applications and registration requests can be emailed to:  MontanaDRIVE@mt.gov .

Teens will learn skills to handle critical and emergency driving situations which cause most types of crashes in Montana.  Our professional instructors take drivers through off-road recovery, skid control and evasive maneuvers.  Teens receive an individualized report evaluating ten specific driving skills with practice recommendations.
