Annual Data Collection (ADC)

The window for the ADC will be open on September 7, 2010.  The ADC provides necessary information for the Board of Public Education, School Accreditation, School Improvement, state funding, federal programs and funding, and the public.  The data collection is completed electronically and can be accessed via the IRIS Login from:  http://www.opi.mt.gov/Reports&Data/index.html?gpm=1_5.

The ADC deadlines are:

October 19, 2010:  Electronically submit ADC by Authorized Representatives

October 26, 2010:  Electronically submit ADC by County Superintendents

December 1, 2010: Teacher/Administrator certifications and other professional licenses must be current.

The Office of Public Instruction is hosting ADC technical assistance sessions for all interested school personnel via Adobe Connect.  Topics will include what's new and what's changed in the ADC.  There will be time for questions and answers.  An announcement with additional information regarding dates and times for the Adobe Connect will be sent through Official E-mail.
