Schools and Districts are no longer required to use Citrix to access OPI applications.

Please contact the appropriate program administrator if you are unsure how to access an OPI application.

OPI employees can continue to access their desktop and mail by clicking "LOGIN" below.

Windows Users

Citrix Reciever Installer (Version 3.4 released Dec 26, 2012)

  • When prompted, click the "Run" button.
  • Once the install is complete, restart your browser so it will recognize the installed plugin.
  • Return to this site and click the Login button located above.

 

Macintosh Users

Chrome, FireFox and Safari:

Macintosh Installer

  • The Macintosh installer (version 11.7.2 released March 11, 2013) will download and should expand the Citrix plugin installer.
    • If it does not automatically open, double-click on the file titled "Citrix_online_plug_in_web.dmg"

  • Double-click the installer icon

  • You will need to agree to the software license agreement.

  • Your Macintosh security will asks if it's OK to allow this appliacation to be installed.
    • Click the Install Software Button

  • Click the Install button on the lower-right corner of the installer dialog box.
    • Use the Default Install Location. It will be useful if we need to help troubleshoot over the phone.

 

   
  • Once the install is complete, restart your browser so it will recognize the installed plugin.

  • Return to this site and Click the Login button.
